The second family room has a queen size sofa bed and a wet bar. A laundry completes the space on the first level. Use the 3 stop elevator to reach the upper level which is an open concept living space featuring a living area, dining room with a table that seats 10 and a custom kitchen with an island and eating bar as well as Viking appliances and a deck. One of the master suites and a powder room complete this level.

When you're not inside, enjoy great outdoor living in the enclosed yard with a heated swimming pool and outdoor kitchen. This area is furnished with a dining table and chairs, bar stools, as well as chairs for relaxing by the pool. The outdoor living continues on the furnished decks with amazing ocean and bay views from the spacious roof deck.
